Easy return
The easy-return starts with legal provisions. Under Article. 64 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, as amended by D.Leg. 21:02:14 No. 21 (the “Consumer Code”) of Italian Law, the customer has in fact a period of 7 days to cancel the contract without giving any reason, without fees or penalties.
Damage during transport
If the goods are damaged during transport, White Rabbit Kids will notify the Customer thereof (within the 5th working day of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain the repayment of the value of the property (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal; White Rabbit Kids is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; on his arrival (in stock), the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport.
The opening of the pack is filmed in full in order to verify the eventual discovery of damage to the products.
A after successful integrity check of the Product, it will be ordered the refund.
Detection of damage
In case of detection of damage that diminish the value of the property, it will be offered a reasonable partial refund by the amount of repair or replacement of the expenses.
How to
To exercise this right, the customer must send the White Rabbit Kids S.M. an explicit written notice to that effect, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (to this end may use the withdrawal typical form attached at the bottom to the present general conditions).
Such notification must be sent through an email to: [email protected]
Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the White Rabbit Kids Customer Service will quickly inform the customer instructions on how to return the goods.
The consumer must return the / the product / s without undue delay and in any event within seven days from the date on which the seller has informed its intention to withdraw from the contract.
The direct costs related to returning the product are paid by the customer.
The product purchased must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all accessories and any spare parts, in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documents, etc …).
The customer can manipulate the product in order to establish the nature, characteristics and operation but is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product resulting from a manipulation different from those needed for this purpose.
If the customer withdraws from the contract, they will be refunded all payments made to the seller excluding delivery costs (variable amount depending on the object) and that at the time when the product will be taken back. Such reimbursements will be carried out using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction; in any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Returns for non-compliance
The following is the text of art. 130 of the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005) which contains the following principles:
- The seller and ‘liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery.
- In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity by repair or replacement, in accordance with paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract in accordance with paragraphs 7, 8 and 9.
- The consumer may require, at its option, the seller to repair the goods or to replace, at no charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionate to the other.
Recalling that the legal limit of guarantee for the sale to private individuals is 24 months and for sale to companies the limit is 12 months, also report the del’art text. 132 (sec. 2) states: The consumer loses the rights provided for in Article 130, paragraph 2, if not inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
How to

Upon receipt of this request made for non-compliance, the White Rabbit Kids Customer Service will promptly consider the request and notify the customer instructions on how to return the goods or refund.

In case of refund or replacement of product parts not meeting, White Rabbit Kids reserves the right to make the final assessment of non-compliance on demand product offering repair, replacement or refund.

A after successful verification of the non-conformity of the product, will be processed a refund or replacement of the part.
Detection of damage
In case of detection of damage that compromise the conformity of the goods, the following cases may occur:
- Detection of damage inherent in the signaling attributable to the constructive process.
The product will be refund or substituted - Detection of damage inherent in the not attributable to the production process signaling
Corrective action will be proposed by the economic contribution of the Customer - Acknowledgment other than reporting damages that do not compromise the agreed corrective action
A corrective action will be taken - Detection of different signaling from damage which jeopardizes the corrective action agreed or that make it economically more onerous dell expected.
It will be offered a different kind of conciliation than agreed.
