Shopping list
- 2 Puff pastry
- 1 Egg yolk
- Spreadable cream with hazelnuts
- Sugar
- Cocoa
- Cinnamon
- Decorative sugars
Open the roll of puff pastry and start to cut out the shapes of the pumpkins, we used two simple shapes and one with eyes, nose and mouth.

Stuff the whole shape with a teaspoon of hazelnut cream. Cover the pumpkin with the other corresponding shape, sealing the edges with your fingers to prevent them from cooking.
Cut rectangles of puff pastry and thin strips about 1 cm. They will be used for our mummies!

Arrange a teaspoon of hazelnut cream on the rectangle of pasta and roll it up on itself.
Brush the surface of the egg yolk and place the strip of puff pastry creating the bandages of the mummy.

Decorate with the sugars to create the eyes of the mummies and bake mummies and pumpkins at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
And while the pumpkins and mummies cook ... with the rest of the pasta cut out the shapes of the bats and once brushed with the egg yolk cover them with a mix of sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C in an preheated oven.
